Halloween was so much fun!!! Grandpa and Mima made a quick trip up North to spend Halloween with the grandkiddos and they were pretty excited. It was so much fun to watch the kids trick or treat this year. Thomas had so much fun going from door to door getting more and more candy in his Thomas the Train pail. They had a blast.

All the grandkids with Mima and Grandpa.

Noah was the CUTEST little kangaroo ever!!!

A butterfly princess and an angel. Priceless.

Arggggggggggggh!!!

Grandpa and Anna.

Aren't they so cute?!?!!!

Can't get enough of this little girl.

My NiNi gets married!!!!!

Corey married his sweetheart Bridgette in the Mesa, AZ temple on October 17, 2008. It was a wonderful day. Bridgette looked SO beautiful.

All day I couldn't help but think about "my Nini..." growing up. Memories of him coming to sleep with me when he had a bad dream, helping him pick out his clothes for school, combing his hair, helping him read his scriptures, teaching him how to slow dance, helping him with his homework, etc. I just can't believe he's a grown man now. He'll always be my Nini though! :)

Makin' a statement on the big day. Haha YES FOR MARRIAGE!!

Ok, so I show up to the reception dinner (the night before the wedding), and Andrea and I were dressed almost EXACTLY the same. It was so funny but way embarassing because people probably thought we were trying to be bridesmaids. Haha so after the reception I went to Target and bought a different dress for the wedding the next morning.

I had my first experience as a parent chaperone on a field trip. It was so much fun and I was glad that Chandler was excited to have me there:) I'm sure that will change but I'll enjoy it while it lasts. We went to a pumpkin patch and the kids had so much fun. Here is Chandler with his class.

Here we are inside of a giant wooden pumpkin:)

Chandler was pretty excited that he got to pick a pumpkin and take it home!

He was even more excited to carve it with his daddy!

Here's the finished project. He was pretty proud.

Cornbellies Maze

We spent a Saturday morning at the Cornbellies maze at Thanksgiving Pointe and had a blast. Here is Chan in the corn maze scaring Brynn and Josh as they came around the corner...They humored him:)

They had a princess area where you could dress up as a princess and sit in a carriage. I was surprised with how the baby girls did with the wigs on!

Thomas loved the big wooden train but he kept saying, "Can you fix the train mommy? It's not going. It's off the track!"

The big parachute trampoline was probably Chandler's favorite part. Jake looks like he's having a good time too!

Ah the traditional hayride:) I was sneezing the rest of the day. Jeez, I guess that's why they call it hay fever.

Family Reunion

We just got back from Jake's family reunion in McCall, Idaho. It was a B L A S T. That place is absolutely beautiful. Here are a few pictures from the trip....

Jake and his two sisters, Kim and Jenni sang a beautiful song at the family dinner picnic. They are so talented.

Chandler got cold after jet skiing so he put on his Daddy's shirt:) What a cutie pie.

Happy Birthday to...ME!

I had such a fantastic 25th birthday. I am SO spoiled. Jake took the day off work and scheduled a babysitter. We left at about 9:30 AM and went to Lagoon (an amusement park) where we did the SkyCoaster FIRST THING. For anyone who doesn't know what that is, you get strapped into a harness and they clip you side by side and raise you 150 feet in the air. Then you pull your rip cord and drop head first the whole 150 feet. It was so scary but SO much fun. That was my third time doing it, but for some reason it was the scariest. Anyway, then we went on all the fun rides and then to the water park area and went on the slides, and then just chilled on the lazy river on inner tubes. Then we left Lagoon and went to our favorite creamery, Leatherbys for an ice cream cone. After that we
headed to the Gateway Mall in Salt Lake and went shopping. I got the CUTEST dress, and some sandals and shirts:) Then we went to dinner at our very favorite restaurant, Tucanos Brazillian Grill. On our way home we stopped and got a cake and some candles and ice cream to have with the kiddos. When we got there, the babysitter Courtney had helped the kids make and decorate a birthday cake for me! She's such a sweetheart. Anyway, so we sang happy birthday twice (2 cakes-the boys insisted), once with me making a wish and blowing out the candles, and the other time with the boys making wishes and blowing them out:) What a fun day. It couldn't have been more perfect. I have the greatest family on earth. So, so blessed.
